The Nike Air Max 97 “Dark Obsidian” is a colorway of the retro performance running sneaker with dark blue accents. A Spring 2023 release, the “Dark Obsidian” features a black mesh base with Dark Obsidian, or dark navy, on the mudguard. The Air Max 97’s wavy overlays appear in a gradient color scheme that goes from grey to black to blue. A University Blue Swoosh is embroidered on either side. The white foam midsole features a full-length visible Max Air cushioning unit.
